- Delivery charges are waived off within the Free Delivery Zones.
- For Extended Delivery Zones, a delivery charge of Rs. 40/- shall be applicable for all orders below Rs. 700/-
- Upon entering your current pincode, you’ll be notified whether your area falls under the Free Delivery zone or not, and if you’re eligible for free delivery.

Orders cannot be canceled once you receive the confirmation. But in the unlikely event of needing to cancel an order, we provide a 30 min cancellation window from the time of order placement. After this time window elapses, the cancellation button will be disabled. As a policy, cancellation for any reason will not be taken via the Customer Support Desk.
Orders once placed cannot be changed. If you missed adding something to your order, place a fresh one and inform us via email at email@example.com or call us on +91 79025 33314 and we will do our best to combine the delivery for both orders. We do caution that we can only attempt this on a best effort basis, depending on the time gap between your orders. If things don’t work out according to plan, we will do next-day delivery with the next stock.
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you have pre-paid for your order via the website.
- You are unhappy with the ordered product (quality) and report the same within 15 mins of delivery.
- You would be offered a similar product that you’ve reported about. If you do not accept the product, we would be crediting you with the refund amoount.
- Grocery items are not returnable to us and you may not be refunded or replaced.
- No returns will be allowed for a used product.
Snowfish reserves the right to decide upon the return policy and can withdraw/modify the policy at any given time without any prior notice. Any misuse of the Return Policy will not be entertained and suitable action will be taken thereupon
COD payment & Refund
Orders can be canceled within 30 mins from the time of placing an order, beyond which the order remains confirmed. If you are unsatisfied with the product you may raise this issue with our helpline +91 79025 33314 and inform them of your issue. The product will be taken back, and payment will be returned in 7 working days. NOTE: Refunds are available on (COD) orders provided the customer checks the product and raises a complaint at the time of delivery or not later than 15 mins from delivery.
Online Order cancellation and Refund
All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 2-10 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
In case of the rare and unfortunate event of damaged packaging in your delivery, you can provide feedback via our app. We will take the product and replace it with a fresh delivery in the next available delivery slot.

We would have various seasonal and unique coupon codes that will be communicated to customers either on the Checkout page or via social channels, private messaging, advertising campaigns. Customers are advised not to share their unique codes with others.
